We will be making Choux Pastry using a high-quality ingredient:
- Pecan praline choux pastry: Vanilla choux paste, craquelin, pecan praline mousseline and soft pecan praline.
- Choux chocolate apricot orange cream: Vanilla Choux paste, cocoa craquelin, dark chocolate cream and apricot and passion fruit compote, apricot orange cream.
